The LRC LPG system controls automatically the LPG tank level limit. When the permissible filling quantity is reached, the filling is automatically stopped by the contact of the liquefied gas at the limit probe. If required, the tanker driver can immediately interrupt or stop the filling process or control the speed by using the additional hand-held transmitter or directly on the LRC-Small Remote Control. The filling can also be interrupted/restarted directly on the LRC-Small transmitter. In countries where a limit probe is not mandatory in the tank and does not exist, the radio controlled overfill prevention is controlled by the EX radio remote control LRC-Small / Remote. A dead man (dead man time set by the manufacturer) is activated and the driver presses the STOP button as soon as the tank is full to close the valve on the tanker and finish the filling.

*European Convention for the Transport of Dangerous Goods by Inland Waterways ADN Regulation 7.2..2.21 Safety and Inspection Equipment Loading and unloading of Class 2 substances and of Classes UN 1280 and 2983 substances shall be carried out at two points on the vessel (front and back) and in two places on land (directly at the entrance to the ship and a sufficient distance on land) can be interrupted by switches the load / unload operation. The loading / unloading process must be interrupted by a quick-acting valve located directly on the mobile connecting line between the ship and the shore. The interruption system must operate on the quiescent current principle.

LRC-Small is a complete radio controlled overfill prevention system. It is designed for the filling of stationary and mobile tanks (e.g. tank trucks).
The following functions can be carried out with LRC Small:
- Motor (pump) start / stop
- Filling start / stop
- Rotational speed control

The following types of limiters can be addressed:
- Limit value transmitter according to TRbF (PTC thermistor probes - German standard EN13616)
- Float probes (nose on 10h)
- Optical limit switches (Swiss standard, ship standard BeNeLux)
- Probes with relay contact
Overfilling is reliably prevented in combination with limit probes. The devices are approved for use in both potentially explosive and non-hazardous areas.

- Loading of tanker / container at the depot and terminal wagon refueling / wagon unloading
