For publication from 16 September 2026, 10:00 CEST (08:00 UTC) XPULSE connects metering and delivery control in a modular platform Secu-Tech’s world premiere will launch first as a road-tanker solution, with a bunkering implementation to follow. Leobersdorf, Austria/Kassel, Germany, 16 September 2026. Fuel-transfer operations depend on more than a quantity reading. The product, receiving tank, permission to discharge and record of delivery must agree. Secu-Tech’s new XPULSE platform brings metering, safety functions, operation and communication into a modular system. XPULSE will first launch as a road-tanker solution, with implementation for bunkering to follow. For marine fuel suppliers, the bunkering implementation will bring this modular approach to the transfer of fuel to vessels. It will follow the initial road-tanker setup. The platform’s shared architecture connects measurement with the delivery process and allows functions to be added through plug-in modules. A Core Unit combines computing and operation. XPANSION Units accept up to ten plug-in modules each and can be added as the system expands. The module concept covers power, dispense control, metering, digital inputs and outputs, and interfaces. The legally controlled domain is separated and can be sealed. Existing metering equipment and sensors are intended to remain usable, subject to technical and regulatory checks for each installation. The operating concept follows loading, planning and delivery through to the delivery record. Five illuminated keys and an anti-glare display support work with gloves and in changing light. The aim is to help the driver recognise the current state and the next safe action, reducing opportunities for mistakes at the transfer point. Secu-Tech has developed systems for the safe handling, monitoring and documentation of liquids and gases in Leobersdorf, Austria, since 2004. Existing Secu-Tech technology equips more than 5,000 fuel stations, 500 tankers and 500 loading arms. XPULSE development is funded by the Austrian Research Promotion Agency FFG. ETX Kassel runs on 17–19 September 2026. Secu-Tech is in Hall 5, Stand H5-B05. The official XPULSE launch is on 18 September.
