SECU Data
SECU Data is a wireless measurement data transmission system for industrial applications. Measured values and sensor states can be transmitted by radio from EX or Non EX areas to a central evaluation point. The system reduces cabling effort, avoids galvanic connections and is especially suited for retrofits, plant extensions and hard to reach measuring points.
System capabilities

Wireless measurement data transmission. Measured values and sensor states are transmitted via 433 MHz radio links.

EX and Non EX applications. The system supports configurations for hazardous and non hazardous areas.

Flexible signal types. Supported signals include 4 to 20 mA, relay contacts, Namur, TRbF and RS232.

Fast retrofit. Measuring points can be connected without extensive ground works or long cable routes between measuring point and evaluation.

Long range. Depending on setup and environment, radio ranges up to 1.5 km are possible.
Typical configurations
SECU Data is planned as a system. Device selection depends on whether the measuring point is located in an EX area, which signals need to be transmitted and where the evaluation point is located.
