Joining the Polish fuel industry’s annual gathering at EXPO XXI Warsaw, together with our long-standing local partner IPS System.

From 13 to 15 May 2026, the Polish fuel industry comes together in Warsaw for the 31st International Fair PETROL STATION at EXPO XXI. For Secu-Tech, this is one of the most important industry events of the year in Central and Eastern Europe, and we are honoured to take part again alongside our long-standing Polish partner, IPS System, represented by Przemysław Śmiechowski.

A Reference Event for the Region

The International Fair PETROL STATION is the leading specialised event for the fuel and energy sector in Poland, and one of the most established trade gatherings in the wider Central and Eastern European region. Organised by the Polish Chamber of Liquid Fuels (Polska Izba Paliw Płynnych), held under the honorary patronage of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency, and running since 1993, the fair has grown into a fixed reference point for operators, equipment manufacturers, service providers and policy stakeholders across the downstream fuel business.

Recent editions have attracted around 7,000 visitors and roughly 180 exhibitors. The 2026 edition again brings together its core focus areas, alongside dedicated zones for Modern Gas Technologies covering LPG, CNG, LNG and hydrogen, Bioenergy, and Car Washes. The breadth of these themes reflects how the Polish service-station environment continues to evolve, and how interconnected the supply, station and energy-transition topics have become.

Why the Polish Market Matters

Poland is one of the most dynamic fuel markets in Europe. With more than 7,800 petrol stations, growing demand for liquid fuels and a national network shaped by Orlen, BP, Shell, MOL, Moya, Unimot and a significant share of independent operators, the country sits at the centre of fuel logistics for Central Europe. Its geographic position connects the Baltic, Black and Adriatic regions, and it is a major transit corridor for fuel deliveries serving both domestic and neighbouring markets.

For a safety technology company like Secu-Tech, this combination is uniquely relevant. The Polish market needs solutions that can handle scale, diverse product portfolios, demanding documentation expectations and a high tempo of daily deliveries. It is also a market where independent and franchise operators stand side by side with multinational chains, which means that the technology offered must be flexible, modular and adaptable to many different operational realities.

A Partnership Built Over Many Years

Secu-Tech has been present in the Polish market for many years through its partnership with IPS System and its founder, Przemysław Śmiechowski, based in Ostrów Wielkopolski. The collaboration covers the distribution, installation, training and ongoing technical support of Secu-Tech systems for tank trucks, depots and fuel stations across Poland.

This kind of partnership is impossible to replace. It combines the technical knowledge of the systems with the local knowledge of customers, regulations and operating habits of the Polish industry. As IPS System notes on its own website, foreign manufacturers often underestimate the specifics of the local market. Our experience with IPS confirms the opposite, that a true local partner is the difference between a product that is technically available and a solution that is genuinely usable in daily operations.

We are grateful for the consistent dedication that Przemysław Śmiechowski and his team have shown to our common customers over the years.

What We Bring to the Polish Forecourt

At the Warsaw fair, Secu-Tech and IPS System present solutions across the full fuel station supply process, from depot loading to tanker transport to forecourt unloading and inventory monitoring. The focus areas include:

  • Product identification and overfill protection at fuel stations, with O²-PID and the SECU MultiTank ecosystem, based on EN 14116 and EN 13616.
  • Wireless overfill and dead-man systems for road tankers, including the LRC3 family for mineral oil, chemicals, LPG and food products.
  • Theft protection, sealed-parcel delivery and event documentation for tanker fleets through SECU Truck Control and the MultiTank SPD module.
  • Continuous level measurement and tank monitoring for mobile and stationary tanks with Torrix Mobile and SECU IntelliTank.

These solutions are designed to make daily fuel deliveries safer, more transparent and easier to document, without adding operational complexity at the forecourt. They serve the same goal that runs through Secu-Tech’s wider Safe Fuel Station Supply concept: every delivery under control, every critical event on record.

Coming to Warsaw

For three days in Warsaw, we look forward to meeting fuel station operators, mineral oil companies, tanker fleets, installers and engineering partners who help keep the Polish fuel supply running every day. Whether you are looking for a single safety function or planning a more complete protection solution for your operations, the IPS System and Secu-Tech teams are ready to discuss it, in Polish, English or German.
